Cultivate your capacity to ground and center yourself, and create and support desired change. Using intention, feeling, and visualization, you will learn simple yet effective techniques to develop a tangible awareness of your personal energy field, connect to your inner wisdom, and change patterns. Benefits include reduced stress, a quieting of internal noise, and an increased sense of well-being and movement (getting unstuck!). These techniques complement other forms of meditation.
