As the General Manager for Thunder Spring LLC, Derek's responsibilities include overseeing all operations at Zenergy, and multiple aspects of the Thunder Spring Lifestyle Condominiums and vacation rentals. Derek offers a wealth of experience in both health club and hotel management. He was the General Manager of Genesis Health Club in Beverly Hills, CA, a boutique club with special emphasis on personal training. He also worked in management at the Peninsula Hotel, a Five Star and Five Diamond hotel also in Beverly Hills.
Derek is an avid sports enthusiast, most recently working as a sports anchor for ABC in Seattle. His personal athletic achievements include an NCAA Football National Championship for the Colorado Buffaloes in 1990; he is also an avid skier, golfer and mountain biker.

After spending one summer in the valley, Kelly made the leap to relocate to Ketchum in 2005. She hasn't looked back since. Kelly holds a Master's Degree in Finance and recently became a Certified Public Accountant in the summer of 2010. In her free time she enjoys skiing, trail running, golfing, mountain biking, and hiking.

Kerry brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, and event management to her position. This includes international and domestic sales and marketing, management of numerous trade shows, national sales meetings, and events. She was also the Director of the Sun Valley Wine Auction (rated as one of the top 10 charity wine auctions in the Nation by Wine Spectator), for the latter two years of her five-year tenure at the Sun Valley Center for the Arts in the late 90's. Kerry enjoys snowboarding, dancing, cross-training, and spending time with her family and friends.

Originally from Texas, Beryl attended college in California and Florida prior to settling here in the valley close to 20 years ago. Her extensive background includes customer service, hotel hospitality, retail, restaurant management, and the travel industry. Beryl has been at Zenergy since its inception, and has worn several hats during her tenure here. She loves her role of welcoming new members to the club and assisting current members in any way possible. When not enjoying the outdoors, Beryl volunteers regularly for both the Sun Valley Adaptive Sports program and the local Cancer Society chapter. She enjoys surfing, waterskiing, hiking, skiing, yoga, and squash and anything else that keeps her moving.

Mollie was born and raised in Ketchum and returned to the valley in 2003 after receiving a degree from Bates College in Studio Art. She started working at Zenergy in 2008 with the intention of enjoying “one last year” as a ski bum before heading back to school and never left. She has been the Spa Director since 2009. In her free time she enjoys training for triathlons, cooking, and working in her garden.

Yvette has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years as both a personal trainer and instructor. Her high energy and spunky attitude as a Boise State University cheerleader allowed her to transition easily into high-impact aerobics and hip-hop dance instruction. Currently she is the Clinics and Program Manager for Zenergy, teaches everything from Bikini Boot Camp to gentle yoga, and in her spare time accepts private training clients. Yvette’s hobbies include hiking, running, and camping with her best friend and husband of 15 years and her two crazy yellow labs.

As Zenergy’s Health and Wellness Concierge, Tim is here to assist you in scheduling your health and wellness appointments at Zenergy. He can also discuss your fitness goals and recommend the perfect Zenergy trainer or program to help you reach them. Tim is your source to navigate Zenergy’s 75 plus group fitness classes and the multiple group training clinics offered each week.
Tim is an NASM-certified personal trainer who is passionate about providing unique, total-body workouts. His further certifications with Les Mills CX Worx and TRX suspension training guarantee to keep you on your toes. Tim draws from experience competing in triathlon, ultra marathon, soccer, skiing, pole vaulting and more to develop well-balanced circuit training programs for the beginning gym-goers all the way to professional athletes. If you are feeling adventurous, try mixing one of his caveman workouts in with some of your favorite trail runs or meet in the park to experience a “playground challenge.” These programs are revitalizing, addictive, and produce results.

Kim is an AFFA Certified Personal Trainer and has been a Certified Fitness Instructor since 1989. Kim earned her master's degree in Psychology in 1995, and in 2000 combined her love of fitness with psychology to become a Personal Trainer. Over the years she has taught a variety of classes including: Step Aerobics, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Body Sculpting, Body Pump, Pilates, and Senior Programs. Kim believes fitness is a lifelong journey and something to be embraced, not endured. Her true passion remains encouraging people to find physical strength and endurance they didn't believe they had.

Sandy moved to the Wood River Valley in the fall of 2000 and decided this was home. After playing in the outdoors all over the West, she decided this valley had it all! Sandy finished her bachelor degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Her business background includes: human resources, web design, hotel and restaurant management and customer service in many different capacities. Sandy enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, backpacking, camping, swimming, Nordic skiing, reading, and traveling.
